[1.1] A 25% non-refundable booking deposit is required to reserve dates on the operational calendar.
The remaining balance is due on or before the day of production prior to session commencement.
[1.2] We require at least 72 hours’ notice prior to the scheduled shoot to transfer the deposit to a future date.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests submitted past these thresholds result in full forfeiture of the booking fee.
[1.3] Deposits are strictly non-refundable once cleared. In the unlikely event of equipment failure, severe weather, or unforeseen emergencies preventing production, Higher Frequencies' total liability is limited to a full refund of monies paid for that specific session. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986.
[1.4] Digital files and watermarked proofing galleries are delivered via private client links within 7 working days following final asset selections.
Custom prints or albums are made-to-order and inspected prior to dispatch. Defective or physically damaged goods upon arrival will be replaced free of charge upon notification within 7 days of receipt.
Spring Special 30-Min Portrait ($150): Includes a 30-minute time slot and 5 edited high-resolution digital master files with a personal display/self-promotion license. Promotional rates apply strictly to the designated promotion period and cannot be combined with other package discounts or commercial usage upgrades.
All media, audio assets, and original compositions produced by Higher Frequencies remain protected under New Zealand Copyright Law. Unlicensed commercial distribution or unauthorized resale of digital assets outside agreed licensing parameters is prohibited.
